Air Travel

As this is a student run conference, the African Development Conference at Harvard unfortunately cannot sponsor airfare for presenters. The closest international airport is Boston Logan International Airport (approx. 30 minute drive from Harvard University).

While at this time, the African Development Conference cannot sponsor hotel stays, we have obtained a preferential rate at two hotels: Sheraton Commander Hotel and the Courtyard Boston Cambridge- Marriott. Participants should make sure to make reservations before the given booking deadlines (see table below). Please note that there a limited number of rooms available at this rate and they are awarded on a first come first served basis.

Hotel Rate Dates Booking Deadline
Sheraton Commander $219/room March 3-5 02-Feb
Courtyard Boston Cambridge – Marriott $169/room March 4-6 12-Feb
